James graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2001. In 2002, he joined his father and formed the law firm of D&D. In addition to estate administration, he also handles matters involving the sale and purchase of residential real estate and advises small business in the area of business formation and succession planning. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Westchester and the New York State Bar Association. James has been licensed to practice law in New York since 2002 and in Connecticut since 2003. |
